Financial Analyst

Join a growing and dynamic manufacturing organization committed to innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Financial Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and help optimize business performance across operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and manufacturing KPIs to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts.
• Prepare and maintain regular financial reports and dashboards for management.
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to evaluate cost drivers and process efficiency.
• Conduct variance analysis for production costs, inventory, and capital expenditures.
• Support month-end close processes through journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Assist in developing financial models to evaluate business cases and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial accuracy and transparency across departments.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role, preferably within manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus.
• Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
