Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Early Career Financial Analyst Associate. In this role, you will:
This position is a part of the Early Career Development Program (ECDP) within the Finance and Business Operations (F&BO) function. The program is approximately 2.5 to 3 years in duration (may vary based on employee’s start date), and typically consists of a standardized training curriculum, various learning and networking opportunities and formal mentorship, all of which are designed to provide a broad background in various facets of F&BO at Lockheed.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Provide financial leadership and guidance across functional teams
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between partners
- Promote Earned Value (EV) compliance as applicable based on external and internal program requirements
- Utilize the financial systems and communicate the financial metrics required to ensure focus on effective cost management
- Contribute to the accurate, concise and timely preparation of executive presentations
- Support ad hoc reporting and analysis to Programs and Senior Management

- Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited college in a related discipline (Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics etc.)

- Strong analytical, organizational,
