Key Responsibilities Are
- Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgetsand forecasts for the factory expansion.
- Track and control project costs, ensuringalignment with approved CAPEX and OPEX.
- Prepare monthly reports, including varianceanalysis (budget vs. actual, forecast vs. plan).
- Monitor and manage project cash flow, releaseproject related purchase orders according to budget.
- Support project management with financialinsights decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies,governance, and accounting standards.
- Collaborate closely with project manager,logistics, procurement, and operations to align financial and operationalobjectives.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis and presentations forsenior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in project controlling,factory controlling, finance.
- Advanced Excel and other data visualizationtools (MS Power BI, Tableau) and financial modeling skills.
- Strong project cost control and financialanalysis capabilities. Effective risk identification and mitigation in projectenvironments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-financialstakeholders collaborating in a cross-functional, multinational environment.
