What's the Job?
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and related components.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance following set schedules.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and determine repair solutions.
- Adjust system controls and test system performance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- High school diploma or GED (trade school or technical certification preferred).
- EPA Section 608 Certification.
- 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants, controls, and safety standards.
