Job Description

Join a dynamic executive recruiting team where you will lead efforts to attract, assess, and secure top executive talent from diverse industries worldwide. With a focus on engineering and the technical landscape, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging senior leaders to drive innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Guide executive level candidates through interviews and closing, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
  • Anticipate objections, negotiate effectively, and deliver hiring solutions that align with business goals.
  • Manage and improve the candidate screening process, promoting best practices to maintain a strong talent pool.
  • Lead the candidate assessment framework, creating tools aligned with key competencies and role requirements.
  • Use knowledge of competitor opportunities to differentiate unique career possibilities and convey motivators to candidates.
  • Enhance candidate experience by anticipating and addressing potential issues, ensuring a positive journey.
  • Develop plans supporting candidate needs throughout the hiring process for executive-level roles.
  • Use business insights to execute recruitment searches aligning with hiring manager priorities.
  • Communicate with recruiting leaders to provide updates, set expectations, and align on priorities.
  • Consult with senior stakeholders on talent needs, using data and storytelling to influence hiring decisions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with talent communities, developing innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with staffing policies and maintain data integrity for recruiting operations.
  • Create clear, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and reports for executive and client audiences.
  • Demonstrate agility and sound judgment in ambiguous situations, guiding stakeholders through uncertainty.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of urgency in driving recruiting processes and delivering results within tight timelines.

Essential Skills

  • 10 years of executive recruiting experience
  • Proven success in executive-level recruiting within engineering or technical domains

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to build and leverage external networks to attract top talent
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Work Environment

The role operates within a fast-paced, matrixed organization, requiring collaboration across functions and regions. Flexibility and adaptability are essential to navigate complex processes and align diverse perspectives. The position involves creating and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders, requiring strong presentation and reporting skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $67.00/hr.
