This individual will be responsible for managing complex calendars, and coordinating extensive travel itineraries.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to two executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage heavy and frequently shifting calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with a sense of urgency.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, ground transportation, and managing detailed itineraries.
- Anticipate the needs of the executives, ensuring all preparations are made in advance.
- Implement and refine internal processes and workflows to increase efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, adjusting to dynamic and shifting priorities.
- Assist with various projects, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior-level executives.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with heavy calendar management, travel coordination, and managing extensive itineraries.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pivot quickly and effectively when priorities change.
- Demonstrated success in building or evolving a role and adapting to a leader's unique style.
- A proactive and resourceful mindset, able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
- Long-term mindset; looking to grow with the role and organization.
