Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Events Manager to join the Norstella marketing team, reporting to the VP of Marketing.
This role will be responsible for leading the execution and administration of corporate events, tradeshows, conferences, and internal meetings across Norstella and three of its companies: MMIT, Panalgo, and Skipta.
Our ideal candidate has three to five years of experience, and is comfortable owning end-to-end event delivery with a strong emphasis on logistics, vendor management, and operational execution across both small and large-scale events. This role also provides key administrative support for event operations, including budgeting, contracting, inventory management, and webinar coordination.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Events Manager to join the Norstella marketing team, reporting to the VP of Marketing.
This role will be responsible for leading the execution and administration of corporate events, tradeshows, conferences, and internal meetings across Norstella and three of its companies: MMIT, Panalgo, and Skipta.

This role also provides key administrative support for event operations, including budgeting, contracting, inventory management, and webinar coordination.
Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
- Own end-to-end event logistics for a portfolio of corporate events, tradeshows, conferences and internal meetings, including venue coordination, registration, on-site execution, attendee communication, and post-event wrap-up
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure events stay on track, including building and maintaining project plans, and communicating needs and relevant updates to critical stakeholders
- Partner with external vendors (booth suppliers, caterers, AV services, etc.) to ensure consistent, high-quality on-site event delivery
- Partner with content, digital and demand generation teammates to ensure cohesive event assets, messaging and execution
- Develop, track, and manage event budgets, and monitor ongoing spend
- Work with legal and finance teams to manage vendor contracts, purchase orders, invoices and reconciliation related to events, and maintain organized documentation
- Manage swag inventory for employees and external events, including ordering, storage, and distribution
- Coordinate logistics for marketing webinars, including scheduling, speaker support, and dry runs
- Support internal stakeholders with logistics related to ad hoc team meetings, including venue coordination, securing team dinner reservations and on-site catering, etc.
- Maintain event calendars, timelines, and shared documentation to ensure visibility and alignment
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
- 3–5 years of professional experience in event coordination or event management
- Experience and comfort coordinating large, complex B2B events with multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and high visibility
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and contracts
- Calm, solutions-oriented approach when handling last-minute changes or on-site challenges
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort working with senior leaders up to the CEO level
- Comfortable operating in a cyclical workload with peak event seasons (spring and fall are the heaviest events seasons)
- Able to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities with a high pace of change
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (roughly 10 events a year, mainly in the Northeast but potentially one or two in Europe)
- Hands-on, execution-focused approach with strong administrative discipline
