- Setting up event venues according to client specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations.
- Assisting with equipment and prop placement, ensuring all items are in the designated areas.
- Safely transporting and handling event materials, including loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Coordinating with other staff members to ensure efficient event preparations.
- Tear-down and cleanup of event spaces once the event has concluded, ensuring all items are returned to their original condition.
- Collaborating with event managers and team leads to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Physical fitness and stamina, as this position involves lifting and carrying event equipment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions closely.
