We are currently seeking a ERP Integration Project Manager - REMOTE to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).
The Program Manager - ERP Transition will lead a large-scale transformation initiative to migrate the legacy business systems into the company's main ERP platform . This role demands strong ERP and finance process expertise , proven experience in program management , and the ability to drive alignment across multiple workstreams and global teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex ERP transformation programs , ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps , detailed project plans , and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) , including milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Provide strategic oversight and direction to global cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business and IT objectives.
- Collaborate with finance, technology, and business leaders to define and measure ROI, KPIs, and benefit realization .
- Manage program budgets and forecasts, tracking actuals to ensure adherence to financial controls.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and issues , escalating appropriately and ensuring timely resolution.
- Partner with executive governance and steering committees to align on priorities, outcomes, and communication.
- Ensure robust organizational change management (OCM) and business readiness for system deployment.
- Mentor project managers and workstream leads, providing escalation support and promoting best practices.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively across global, distributed teams .
- 12 years of overall project/program management experience.
- 5 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale ERP transformation or implementation programs , preferably within finance or enterprise systems.
- 5 years experience managing multi-workstream, cross-functional, global programs .
- 5 years experience managing ERP implementations or migrations (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- 5 years of in-depth understanding of core financial processes - General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting, and Reporting.
- 5 years hands-on experience in ERP data migration, integration testing, cutover, and post-go-live support .
- Familiarity with Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT , or similar quality frameworks.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification required.
- Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or PRINCE2 certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
