Your Role And Responsibilities
You will help manage the delivery of a modern web platform that will help our users:
- Learn how our products work and fit into their current workflows
- Manage their deployments including problem solving, implementing new features, and scaling their current implementation
- Build on to our products to discover new use cases and integrations
You will help ensure all those parts work together seamlessly.
What You will Do
- Plan and track work across sprints, milestones, and releases
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve blockers that slow down progress or create dependencies
- Facilitate communication through standups, planning sessions, and status updates
- Monitor project health by tracking timelines, scope, risks, and resource allocation
- Document processes and decisions to keep the team aligned and informed
- Manage schedules and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Flag risks early and work with the team to develop mitigation plans
- Learn from experienced leaders: Work alongside seasoned project managers, engineers, and product managers who will mentor your growth
- Greenfield opportunity: Help establish processes, workflows, and ways of working from day one rather than inheriting rigid structures
