What You’ll Do
- Operate basic production machines after receiving full training
- Follow simple instructions to assemble and process parts
- Perform basic quality checks using microscopes and measuring tools (we will train you!)
- Keep your area organized, clean, and safe during your shift
- Assist with general production tasks such as loading materials or packaging
- Learn to identify minor machine issues and report them to maintenance
- Support manufacturing processes in clean, temperature‑controlled areas
- Willingness to learn new skills and work with your hands
- Ability to read basic instructions, labels, or diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and reliable work habits
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate materials
- Great attitude, teamwork, and interest in manufacturing
Extra Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or general labor
- Comfort working around small parts, hand tools, or measuring tools
- Experience in medical device assembly or cleanroom environments (not required)
- Full training provided — no prior machine operator experience needed
