- Prepare purchase orders, change orders, and related documentation
- Review material requisitions, evaluate vendor quotes, and authorize purchases within budget and authority limits
- Resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, requisitions, deliveries, and suppliers
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while adhering to company procedures and standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date order status information
- Research cost-saving opportunities and contribute to procurement efficiency
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or pump industries is a plus
- Familiarity with computerized procurement systems
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience
