- Develop, implement, and manage the bank's enterprise risk management (ERM) framework.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks that may impact the bank.
- Prepare detailed risk reports and dashboards for senior management and the board.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Act as a key advisor to senior management on risk-related matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in enterprise risk management within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks.
- Proficient in data analysis and risk assessment methodologies.
- Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., FRM, PRM, CFA) is preferred.
