- Supervise Infrastructure, Network, and Data Center Operations teams.
- Coordinate enterprise monitoring, patching, and configuration management.
- Manage capacity, performance, and change management processes.
- Report on uptime, incident trends, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related discipline.
- Certifications: ITIL v4 Intermediate or higher; CompTIA Security or equivalent.
- Experience: 10 years in IT operations with 5 in a management role.
- Clearance: Public Trust – Moderate Risk.
