What's the Job?
- Support channel intake process, prioritization, and coordination with other execution teams.
- Partner with internal teams on the implementation of marketing creative and capabilities including personalization and integration.
- Update campaign progress and capture records within our marketing workflow tool to maintain high control standards.
- Collaborate with Digital/Mobile and Email Strategy leads to obtain results learning and support optimization plans.
- Ensure a strong focus on end-to-end customer experience and controls, delivering exceptional customer experiences overall.
- Proven track record in direct or digital marketing with 5-10 years of experience required.
- Experience with marketing project and program management.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
