EMS Operations Manager

Responsibilities
MedEx Ambulance is currently seeking applications for EMS Managers to help oversee our daily operations. The responsibilities of Operations Managers include:
- Responsible for supervision of field personnel
- Responding to incidents in the field.
- Handling customer/patient complaints.
- Upholding the rules and regulations set forth by the MedEx employee handbook.
- Perform all necessary station duties to ensure a well-stocked fleet of vehicles.
- Providing technical assistance and outreach to our service providers
- Working directly with the hospital discharge teams to ensure transports are scheduled and completed on time.
- Working on site to ensure the patient is ready for discharge.
- Assisting crews on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Developing and maintaining quality assurance and improvement processes
- Assisting with billing inquiries
- Providing technical assistance and outreach to our service providers
