Job Type: Full-time; Consultant (12 Months)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Second Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $20 per hour 10% shift differential ($22/hour)
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour

In this role, you’ll apply your technical expertise to ensure precision, quality, and safety while contributing to groundbreaking projects that shape the future of flight.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble electronic devices, tools, and products according to blueprints, schematics, and process documentation.
- Use hand and power tools to perform routine, complex, and repetitive assembly operations.
- Plan, fabricate, assemble, test, inspect, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic hardware.
- Analyze test results to validate acceptance criteria and ensure product quality.
- Comply with all environmental, health, and safety standards.
Required:
- High School Diploma (or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of diploma/GED).
- At least 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
- Ability to work from drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Willingness to work second shift and provide own steel toe shoes (reimbursed up to $150).
- Soldering certification.
- Experience with inspection and troubleshooting of electronic/electrical systems.
