What You’ll Do
- Develop test plans, test hardware, and automated scripts to validate deliverable space‑grade electronics.
- Execute validation activities to ensure hardware reliability through launch and on‑orbit operation.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure compliance with AS9100 standards.
- Conduct structured failure analysis using methods such as Ishikawa (fishbone) and 5‑Why.
- Strong background in electronics, validation, and test plan development.
- Hands‑on troubleshooting experience with complex electronic systems.
- Experience working with spacecraft hardware or other high‑reliability systems.
- Familiarity with AS9100 industry standards.
- Failure analysis experience (Ishikawa, 5‑Why, etc.).
- Automation experience is a plus.
