Adecco is hiring immediately for a Document Scanning Specialist with our client in Southfield, MI . This is a 3-week assignment with the possibility of extension , offering a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM . Pay is $17.00–$19.00 per hour , based on experience. As a Document Scanning Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately scanning, verifying, and organizing sensitive documents containing personally identifiable information (PII). This position requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and basic technical proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities:
Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Scan paper documents using office scanners and verify image quality.
- Confirm completeness and clarity of scanned documents.
- Rename scanned files according to a standard naming convention.
- Move completed files to designated Microsoft Teams and SharePoint folders.
- Assist with auditing scanned documents (training provided).
- Ensure all documents are handled securely and confidentially.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic experience using office equipment such as scanners and copiers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and/or SharePoint.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Familiarity with Form I-9 documentation is a plus.
