Job Summary

In this role, you will work closely with the District Manager to support business objectives, optimize performance, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Performance: Ensure branch financial performance meets company and client objectives, including revenue and profitability targets.
- Operational Productivity: Optimize operational efficiency and monitor development of realistic and accurate forecasts.
- Policy Compliance: Interpret and enforce company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent application across the district.
- Project Coordination: Assist with scheduling and coordination of new installations and operational projects.
- Sales Support: Participate in the sales process to drive growth and client satisfaction.
- Training & Development: Identify regional and district training requirements for Customer Service Managers and support implementation.
- Labor Relations: Coordinate union contract negotiations and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements where applicable.
- Associate's degree and a minimum of three years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data to drive informed decisions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with experience handling complex operational challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
