Job Summary
The role, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, is a critical member of the Strategy team, which supports senior executives in creating corporate, business unit, and local strategies as well as driving key strategic initiatives to transform the Company.
Job Duties
- Develops enterprise strategy, driving growth strategies for current business units.
- Leads high-priority projects as they are conceived and implemented throughout the organization.
- Generates local market insights and supports innovation.
- Provides extensive support and collaboration with the Company's executive leadership team.
- Provides full ownership of end-to-end analysis and/or projects.
REQUIRED EDUCATION :
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree.
Required Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- At least 3 years of experience in strategic management consulting or investment banking with prior managed healthcare experience.
- Understanding of the drivers of value in managed health care as well as broad knowledge of the healthcare industry.
- Strong quantitative aptitude, problem solving skills and commercial acumen.
- Strategy experience and ability to frame strategic challenges with research and synthesis and draw out solutions and create action plans.
- Intellectual agility and ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex concepts.
- Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to effectively collaborate with business unit leaders, subject matter experts, and external resources.
- Energetic and collaborative.
- Managed Care industry experience - Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace.
