Director/Sr. Director, Global Strategy Development, Beverages

With a global impact across numerous functions, this is an opportunity to set the future beverages strategy across major sub-segments. Focus will be on working with the innovation, commercial, and operations teams to set and guide the execution of the next strategic cycle. Collaborating with the creation, regulatory, sustainability, and consumer insights teams, you will design the path to a regionally relevant, consumer-centric TASTE portfolio and industry-differentiating tools. Part of a newly reorganized team, this is also a moment to shape the role as part of the larger dsm-firmenich organization.

- Strong understanding of Beverages as a segment, including key sub-segments globally
- Strong appreciation for flavor technology and the unique areas where dsm-firmenich can differentiate
- Proven track record of data-driven decision-making in strategy development and execution
- International experience and ability to thrive in a matrixed environment, collaborating with both technical and business leaders
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
