Qualifications
- Education:
- Experience:
- 15 years in program or project management, with at least 8 years in a leadership role overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget, including enterprise-level change initiatives
- Global Program Management: Experience managing programs that span multiple countries or regions, which demonstrates the ability to handle diverse teams and complex logistics.
- Advanced Certifications: In addition to PMP or PgMP, certifications like Lean Six Sigma, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), ITIL or other relevant advanced certifications can add credibility.
- Executive Communication: Experience presenting to and collaborating with C-level executives and board members, showcasing the ability to influence at the highest levels.
