What You'll Do...
- Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with business goals to support organizational growth and change initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance to business leaders on human resources matters, ensuring consistent application of HR practices and compliance with regulations.
- Lead data analysis efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
