About the Role: Director of Well-Being

As a Director of Well-Being, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Park Centre in Newton.

As a Director Of Well-Being, You Will:

• Lead Lifestyle Services and Wellness teams to deliver enriching programs for all residents.
• Develop and implement diverse wellness-focused activities based on resident needs and interests.
• Build and maintain community partnerships to enhance services and programming.
• Coordinate educational opportunities, including adult learning and college-level courses.
• Provide one-on-one coaching for personal development and enrichment of residents and staff.
• Manage volunteer programs, resident communications, and orientation for new residents.
• Support special events, tech systems implementation, and collaborate across departments.
  
  

Opening: Monday -Friday, occasional weekends for special events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Community Health, Therapeutic Recreation, Exercise Services, or a related field required; experience with adult programming is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and respond effectively in emergency situations.
• Compassionate and patient, with a genuine desire to support older adults, including those with physical or behavioral challenges.
• Committed to maintaining a safe environment by adhering to all established safety protocols for residents and staff.
