Requirements
- MSN or higher
- Current Registered Nurse License from the state of CT
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as full-time faculty in an accredited or approved nursing education program
- Minimum of 3 years related clinical nursing practice experience
- Previous supervisory/managerial experience preferred
- Focus on students' academic and professional success and work closely with students to provide support and guidance
- Ensure the achievement of strong retention, student satisfaction, and professional licensure outcomes
- Enforce school and academic policies and procedures
- Responsible for recruiting and hiring faculty and administering faculty orientation. Provide professional development, daily guidance, and evaluation of performance
- Maintain appropriate records in compliance with Board of Nursing, accrediting body, and company policy and procedures
- Assist in budget preparation by forecasting trends and requirements
