  • Lead protective operations: Direct global protection activities, including travel, events, residences, and high‑risk environments.
  • Oversee protective intelligence: Manage advance work, intelligence, logistics, and movement coordination worldwide.
  • Manage crisis response: Lead crisis management, incident response, and after‑action reviews for executive safety.
  • Develop high‑performing teams: Recruit, develop, and lead the executive protection team and regional partners.
  • Strengthen global partnerships: Build relationships with international law enforcement, diplomatic security, and vetted providers.
  • Integrate intelligence and technology: Leverage threat monitoring, risk assessments, and modern security technologies.
  • Align governance and resources: Partner across functions to align with enterprise governance and manage the program budget effectively.

  • Expert risk and intelligence acumen: Deep capability in threat assessment, protective intelligence, global travel security, and crisis management, enabling sound judgment and informed decision‑making in dynamic conditions.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication : Ability to engage credibly with the CEO, senior leaders, and Board‑level stakeholders while exercising discretion, professionalism, and clear communication.
  • Global situational awareness : Strong understanding of international legal frameworks, cultural considerations, geopolitical dynamics, and the operational realities of working across diverse global environments.
  • Cross‑functional partnership management: Proven ability to cultivate trusted relationships with executives, internal teams, and security partners to ensure seamless coordination and effective protective support.

  • Advanced risk, intelligence, and crisis expertise: Deep proficiency in protective intelligence, global travel security, threat assessment, and crisis management, supported by strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to operate credibly at the CEO and Board level.
  • Global mobility and professional credentials: Willingness to travel internationally, often on short notice, with preferred qualifications such as CPP/PSP certifications, Fortune 100/Fortune 500 executive support experience, and familiarity with international security frameworks and technologies .
