What You Will Do
In this essential leadership role, you will:
- Direct daily clinic operations, staffing, patient flow, and service delivery.
- Lead the Operations Team, providing coaching, support, supervision, and performance management.
- Oversee program planning, implementation, and communication across operational departments.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including grant and contractual requirements.
- Monitor operational outcomes, financial performance, and KPIs to drive process improvements.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong communication and customer service standards.
- Support initiatives to enhance clinic efficiency, team engagement, and patient experience.
- Provide strategic and operational oversight for Mobile Health operations, including staffing, scheduling, workflow design, and site deployment.
- Ensure compliance with HRSA scope of project requirements related to mobile services.
- Partner with community organizations, schools, shelters, and local agencies to expand access to care through mobile platforms.
- Develop mobile productivity benchmarks and monitor financial sustainability.
- Align mobile care delivery with population health goals, preventive care initiatives, and value-based performance metrics.
- Oversee cross-training models to support mobile staffing continuity and operational resilience.
- Ensure appropriate clinical governance, quality monitoring, and documentation standards within mobile settings.
- Represent Mercy Care in the community with professionalism and a commitment to service.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum seven years of supervisory/management experience in healthcare.
- Strong demonstrated management skills and leadership skills with proven ability to motivate teams and manage complex operations.
- Experience in practice management, billing and collections, and advanced ambulatory EMR systems.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and assessment capabilities.
- Knowledge of OSHA, employment law, OMB Circular A-133, and other regulatory requirements.
- Ability to build credibility with clinical staff, collaborate effectively, and drive change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
