What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a global compensation and benefits strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead all compensation programs ensuring competitiveness, equity, compliance, and adaptation to regional variations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align rewards initiatives with global growth objectives.
- Enhance management of base salary structures, incentives, health benefits, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct market analyses providing data-driven recommendations to executive teams.
- Manage broker relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure service expectations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, act as primary contact for external audits.
- Provide strategic guidance on executive compensation packages globally.
- Collaborate closely with HR business partners on compensation issues.
- Identify trends and opportunities for strategic improvement.
- Create and deliver communications and training materials on compensation and benefits for employees and managers.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CCP) are advantageous.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in global compensation/benefits management; sales compensation expertise preferred.
- Expertise in influencing and collaboration.
- Extensive knowledge of global compensation and benefits trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
- Strategic Influence: Play a pivotal role in shaping Lionbridge's global compensation and benefits strategy, with direct access to senior leadership and decision-making processes.

- Expected Compensation: Between $150,000 and $175,000 USD/year based on experience. Yearly Bonus eligibility.
