The Role You Will Contribute
The Director of Finance Analytics, Physician Enterprise, MultiState Division (MSD) serves as the primary contact division-wide between the AdventHealth Medical Group's (AHMG) Revenue Integrity, Coding, Software Vendor(s) and the Central Billing Office (CBO) for all aspects of the billing and collection of professional services. In addition, the Director collaborates with all MSD regional leaders in developing and executing a variety of performance measurement initiatives through analysis of qualitative and quantitative clinical and financial data from multiple sources and synthesizes these results into meaningful reporting. Working closely with the Corporate Revenue Cycle Director (CRCD), this role is responsible for the proactive management of the client as well as creating organizational transparency in all areas of responsibility. Management of the relationship requires full assessment and understanding of the revenue cycle, including a thorough understanding of systems, processes and service specific coding and billing requirements, proactive identification of opportunities for finance and revenue cycle improvement initiatives, and development of plans to implement process improvements.

The Value You Will Bring To The Team
- Manages patient registration, insurance verification, and pre-authorization processes to ensure accurate and timely collection of patient information.
- Oversees billing and coding operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate claim submissions.
- Monitors accounts receivable and coordinates with collection agencies to manage outstanding balances.
- Analyzes financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in revenue cycle processes.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to enhance revenue cycle efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborates with clinical and administrative staff to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Provides training and support to staff on revenue cycle processes and best practices.
- Utilizes technology and software to streamline revenue cycle operations and improve data accuracy.
- Prepares and presents regular reports on revenue cycle performance to senior management.
- Manages payer relationships and negotiates contracts to optimize reimbursement rates.
- Conducts audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance in billing and coding practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to billing and revenue cycle activities.
