- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in heavy construction, with at least 5 years focused on data center or mission-critical facilities
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale, fast-track construction projects
- Strong working knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, design-build delivery, and technology infrastructure
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with hyperscale clients, enterprise data centers, or colocation facilities
- Familiarity with Uptime Institute standards, Tier certifications, and energy-efficient design
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices
- Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and remote environments
