Job Summary
onsemi is seeking an experienced and driven Product Line Manager to lead the Silicon Carbide (SiC) Bare Die Product Line within the SiC Power Division . This role focuses on developing wafer products (bare dice) for traction inverter applications in electric vehicles (EVs) and other high-power systems (100-400 kW).
The Product Line Manager will oversee product strategy, cross-functional execution, and key customer relationships with major Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of industry-leading SiC solutions while driving business growth and maintaining market leadership. Additionally, you will report to the Sr. Director business unit and lead a small team of high-performance professionals that interact with leaders and executives across the enterprise.

- Define and validate the SiC die portfolio for automotive applications in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
- Lead strategic planning, execution, and delivery of automotive programs aligned with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with key EV OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Oversee product development from concept to commercialization, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to guide product strategy and innovation.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L to achieve financial targets.
- Present program updates to senior leadership and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and quality
