What's the Job?
- Lead the entire CSA (Critical Systems Architecture) design lifecycle from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring alignment with performance standards and sustainability objectives.
- Collaborate with construction and operations teams to develop cost-efficient, reliable, and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
- Drive the creation and maintenance of engineering standards, including Basis of Design, to ensure consistency across projects.
- Oversee vendor selection, evaluation, and management for CSA equipment and systems.
- Serve as a technical expert in client engagements, providing site walkthroughs, proposal development, and customized solution presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Structural or Civil Engineering, or a closely related field from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience in data center architecture or a related field, with a strong understanding of North American construction practices and engineering market dynamics.
- Licensed Architect or PE certification preferred.
- Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams and external partners.
