An employer is looking for a Digital Signage Project Manager in the Frisco, TX area. You will primarily be responsible for overseeing all digital signage, both hardware and software related, that is deployed and utilized nationwide, retail stores. You will collaborate with external vendors for the related technology products that encompass these solutions and manage all lifecycle components of these products. Your main responsibilities will surround around managing existing technology that is currently deployed in retails stores, manage/ deploy new products, and own all operations tasks related. Skills And Requirements
7 years experience in project/ program management
Experience managing, deploying and supporting digital hardware/ software products
Strong experience in technology product vendor management and relations
Documentation skills related to technical/ process documents
Experience working with digital content and content management systems
Well versed in tracking financials and reporting Digital signage experience null

Job Description

Your main responsibilities will surround around managing existing technology that is currently deployed in retails stores, manage/ deploy new products, and own all operations tasks related. Additional details for each area are as follows:
Managing Existing Tech
- Ensure seamless activation and support for digital services, both technical and operational
- Manage/ deploy firmware, iOS and mobile device management, ensure devices are updated for enhanced security and performance
- Ensure devices integrated with content management systems to streamline delivery and management
- Customize content for localization and segmentation
- Monitor and review system data for optimal performance and issue resolution
- Hardware lifecycle and asset management- tracking all devices, upgrading or disposing as needed
- Manage and support deployment of new digital instore experiences, oversee change management for existing customer experiences and enhancing as needed
- Deploy/ implement new experiences in store
- Oversee change management processes for continued adaptation/ improvement and updated documentation
- Maintain knowledgebase articles for support teams and ensure front line teams are equipped to handle customer interactions
- Oversee digital content page/ CMS to ensure efficient operations and updated content
- Manager and support any related operational/ technical aspects related to all digital products, tools, content management systems, etc.
- Manage vendor relations for product and software vendors and oversee management for content delivery/ system performance
- Conduct field audits to ensure compliance and manage all related POs, PRs and GRs
