Overview:We are seeking the expertise of a Canto Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the exploration of options and the determination of an appropriate organizational structure within Canto. The Canto platform has been “in development” for over a year, primarily for use within the creative services department. However, as we shift toward enterprise-wide adoption, we need to explore how to adapt the current categorization system to meet the broader needs of the organization, while ensuring it remains flexible and scalable to support future growth.

Scope of Work

• Categorization Structure/Digital Asset Management Strategy:
• Propose an optimal categorization structure within Canto that can adapt to the growing and evolving nature of the enterprise.
• Provide guidance on best practices for asset organization, tagging, and metadata, ensuring consistency and ease of use across teams.
• Implementation and Integration:
• Assist in designing and implementing a well-organized, user-friendly experience and new categorization structure within Canto.
• Support training and documentation.
• Scalability and Governance:
• Ensure the categorization structure is future-proof, considering potential growth, additional assets, and evolving organizational requirements.
• Advise on governance of the categorization structure to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications

• Extensive experience working with Canto as a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
• Strong understanding of best practices in organizing and categorizing digital assets in a scalable manner.
• Proven track record of supporting enterprise-level DAM integrations and building efficient, user-friendly (including accessibility) categorization structures.
• Experience with Healthcare to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
