Job Description
An employer in Sarasota, Florida is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to sit on-site in Orlando, Florida. This person will:
Support internal employees out of the Orlando office with various technical issues. This could include network connectivity, break/fix of equipment, workstation set up/break down, Windows issues, etc.
This person will be working off of a Jira ticketing system and must adhere to best practices for ticket documentation.
