Responsibilities

- Use methodological rigor to design and execute effective research studies, selecting and applying appropriate tools and methods to ensure ethical research practices.
- Analyze and synthesize primary data sources to identify patterns and themes that impact project outcomes, distill actionable insights to inform product and design decisions with guidance.
- Translate product questions from the team into appropriate research questions for straightforward problem spaces, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Listen to input from stakeholders with openness and curiosity, probing for clarity to enhance understanding and alignment.
- Learn to coach designers and project managers (PMs) to participate as research partners in research-led projects, effectively scaling the research craft within the organization.
- Proven experience in conducting research and analyzing data.
- Ability to ask open-ended, non-leading questions and prepare effective research guides.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and themes from data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and probe for clarity.
- Willingness to learn and coach others in research methodologies.''
