You'll collaborate across departments, identify process improvements, and help drive operational excellence. What you will do Partner with Sales to deliver high-quality quotes that align with customer and business needs Ensure quotes follow pricing guidelines and include all required documentation Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve quote turnaround times Analyze trends and recommend improvements to quoting processes Support consistency and efficiency across global sales operations What you need 3-5 years of sales operations, deal desk, or related business experience Associate's degree preferred Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and collaboration skills A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Location: Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina hybrid Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
