Key Responsibilities
Data Science & Insights
- Assist in building predictive models and basic machine learning tools to identify trends.
- Help translate data into clear, actionable insights for business teams.
- Support the development of dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI.
- Data Analysis & Market Research
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends under guidance.
- Contribute to market segmentation efforts and performance reporting.
- Help prepare executive summaries and competitive benchmarking reports.
- Learn to work with structured and unstructured data sources.
- Assist in maintaining data integrity and supporting analytics pipelines.
- Support data security and access protocols as needed.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives using Lean and AI tools.
- Help automate simple tasks related to commissions and deal tracking.
- Learn and apply basic RBS (Ralliant Business System) tools.
- Explore digital tools like Power BI, Power Automate, and RPA.
- Assist in evaluating new technologies that support business goals.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand technology needs.
- Work alongside sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to cross-functional projects.
- Receive mentorship and training from experienced analysts and data scientists.
