The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

- Enter daily production data and raw material consumption into the customer portal.
- Record planned production and other related tasks in the customer portal.
- Provide reports, including reconciliation reports.
- Navigate and utilize the customer portal and SAP system effectively.
- Communicate with internal and external customers efficiently.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to data entry and system navigation.
- Proficiency in data entry and analytics.
- Basic abilities in Microsoft Suite - Excel, Word, and Email.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Keyboarding and 10-key typing proficiency.
- Computer savvy with strong organizational skills.
- Sense of urgency and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- No degree required.
