Job Title: Data Entry Clerk - Immediate Start
Job Responsibilities
- Visually inspect each vehicle returned at the PHX rental return lanes.
- Identify and mark all visible damage on the vehicle exterior.
- Measure and photograph each identified damage with proper tools and techniques.
- Log all damage details in real time using a Google Form on an iPad.
- Record details including license plate, damage type, location, size category, measurements, and photos linked to corresponding damage entries.
- Proficiency in data entry and customer service.
- Basic proficiency with iPads, Google Forms, and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Ability to visually identify vehicle damages accurately.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working outdoors and on feet for extended periods.
- M-F
- 8 am - 4 pm
- 4 pm - 12 am
- 12 am - 8 am
- $23/hour
