Description
- Accurately input data from various sources into internal databases, ensuring compliance with established standards for volume, accuracy, and completeness.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working under time-sensitive conditions.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with processing incoming AP Sundry refund checks.
- Review and log received items into the Excel tracker with precision.
- Conduct research and send follow-up emails to request appropriate general ledger coding.
- Support the preparation of checks for deposit, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
