Chemours is seeking a Data Engineering Summer Intern to join our Digital & Data Analytics team! This position will report directly to the US based data engineering team lead.
As the Data Engineering Summer Intern, you will work closely with the Digital & Data Analytics team in helping us move data from our various source systems into our Microsoft Azure-based data environment.
Location: Remote (Based out of Wilmington, DE)
Hours: Regular full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
Term: 3-month assignment between June -September 2025

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Developing data pipelines using the full range of platform capabilities in Microsoft Azure, including
- Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse
- Writing data movement routines in Python and SQL
- Participating in data modeling discussions
- Current enrollment at an accredited university as a sophomore or above
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or similar fields
- Experience with learning programming languages such as Python, SQL, C , or Java
- Experience with databases and cloud services
- 3.0 GPA or above
- Experience with SQL and Python
