About The Role

What You'll Do
- Lead the Federation Team and manage projects involving Okta, PingFederate, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Ensure deployments meet business needs and comply with security standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams and project managers to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Design and implement federation solutions and reference architectures.
- Manage and monitor SSO systems and workflows across Okta, PingFederate, and Entra ID.
- Configure and maintain security policies (sign-on, password, MFA).
- Onboard applications using SSO and SCIM integrations.
- Investigate identity-related security incidents.
- Conduct access reviews and audits for compliance.

- 8–10 years of experience in IAM federation technologies.
- Proven experience with Okta, PingFederate, and Entra AD.
- Proficiency in Okta Workflows, PingFederate, Conditional Access, and Hybrid Identity.
- Strong knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth/OIDC, MFA, RBAC, and fine-grained authorization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub and Terraform.
- General proficiency in coding and scripting.
