Customer Service/Administrative Assistant Representative

Adecco is looking for people with strong Administrative Assistant skills with problem-solving skills for a client site in the Glendale area! This is a nice opportunity for anyone to work for a company with over 100 years of service. This is a 6 month temporary assignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various administrative duties such as answering phone calls and entering sales information in the system.
  • Ensure engraving orders are approved and scheduled for on-time delivery with respective vendors.
  • Identify when new property releases are needed.
  • Evaluate requests for property buybacks and present offers when able
  • Update any DM sales and email specific departments with notifications of sale
  • Prep property for release and subsequent email notifications
  • Assist with department projects as delegated by Property Inventory Supervisor or Merchandising Specialist
  • Post on property maps all embellishment placements and new property release lines
  • Product inquiries from internal departments
  • Maintain and issue client property inventory lists to locations on a quarterly basis
  • Prepare property embellishment requests and review with Property Inventory Supervisor
  • Other assignments as required

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience 3-5 years of Administrative Assistant experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service/problem solving skills
  • Strong computer skills in MS Suite with 45 wpm with Google Sheets; MS Excel and MS Teams.
  • Experience with HMIS software and phone system is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and strong time management skills
  • Must be detail-oriented with documentation and follow-up skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Armenian is a plus
  • Ability to lift up 10lbs.

Shifts Available:

Shifts are available from Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
