About The Role
The CRS will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and processing orders for aircraft spare parts, including competitor aircraft parts, for customers in the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing (60%)
- Process customer orders, quotations, initial order receipts, order entry, sourcing escalation, backorders, and logistics for aircraft parts and services.
- Provide information on part availability, cost, sourcing, returns, discrepancies, transportation, and delivery.
- Relationship Building (20%)
- Build positive relationships with customers to encourage confidence and grow business.
- Identify alternative solutions and guide customers to proper sources for required materials.
- Technical Support (10%)
- Support Sales and Finance with debt account reconciliation.
- Respond to technical inquiries using documentation and liaising with technical and engineering teams.
- Education: Associate's Degree in Business, Sales Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required.
- Aviation industry or military support experience preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in PC applications (Word, Excel, databases).
- Basic knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- SAP experience preferred.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs intermittently.
- Ability to sit, stand, squat, kneel, and push/pull items as needed.
- Corrected hearing for alarms and work-related conversations.
