What You’ll Be Doing

You won’t just be answering phones—you’ll be a lifeline for working parents!

  • Take inbound calls from employees looking for childcare solutions
  • Make outbound calls to connect with internal networks and find the perfect care options
  • Be a hero on the Back-Up Care team, helping families during last-minute childcare emergencies
  • Stay sharp on childcare programs and guide employees to the best fit for their needs

What You Bring to the Table

  • 1 year of customer service experience (call center = bonus points!)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and learning new systems
  • A communication skills—both written and verbal
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Perks & Details

  • Pay: $18.75/hr paid weekly
  • Start Date: September 29th
  • Schedule: 40 hours/week between M–F 8am–9pm & Sat–Sun 8am–5pm
  • Location: Westminster, CO 80020
  • Remote Flexibility: Onsite training for 4 weeks, then work from home (if you're rocking it!)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
