What You'll Be Responsible For
- Monitor and Process Returns: Handle customer claims for return-related credits, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and validate return claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with accounts receivable, customer service, sales, contracts, pricing, and IT departments.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate directly with customers and third-party companies to resolve return issues and disputes.
- Reporting: Provide periodic and ad hoc reports on return activities and trends.
- Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is provided for credit approval or denial.
- Knowledge of financial processes including returns, pricing, rebates and admin fees.
- 3 years of generic pharmaceutical experience
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Hybrid - work from home flexibility
