Summary
The Communications & Public Affairs team is seeking a Creative Director to lead the creative discipline across all communications and organic efforts at Meta. This includes organic social and earned activities. This leader will need to integrate creative strategy competencies into social media planning, support communications programming, and deliver consistency across communications-owned channels. Based on your previous experience working in or for communications organizations, you will champion principles of simplifying complexity, driving reactive creative programming quickly to seize a news cycle or social conversation, delivering against communications oriented goals and objectives, and partnering closely with the marketing organization to execute on brand strategy.

Required Skills
Creative Director, Content Studio Responsibilities:
- Lead visual and messaging strategies, conduct comprehensive communications analysis and competitor research, and develop original campaign angles based on data to drive campaign performance
- Partner and collaborate with multiple executive stakeholders including internal teams and external agency partners to launch successful communications campaigns that build Meta's reputation and drive business results
- Lead campaign work across major communications investments, upholding creative standards across all media, and driving creative innovation
- Provide steer and guidance that improves ideation, creative production and creative aesthetic across organizations
- Leverage data, metrics, and research to create dynamic creative strategies and programming
- Manage needs and priorities of the communications organization and key partners with resourcing and strategic deliverables
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 15 years of equivalent experience leading agency or in-house creative teams
- Experience developing and leading global campaigns
- Experience developing brand strategy and positioning for large Fortune 50 brands
- Understanding and established point of view on creative aesthetic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience bringing big ideas to life and creating partnerships based on the mutual goal of putting high quality work out into the world
- Outstanding conceptualization skills with experience distilling ideas to their essence
- Success within an organization of significant scale, scope, and complexity
