Overview
THE ROLE:
Coordinate with Global Transportation Analysts to provide shipment information and documentation for international and domestic shipments. Provides support, and interacts with Transportation Management, Transportation Analysts, Supply Chain Planning, Purchasing/Procurement, Domestic and International DC personnel and other inter-company departments and personnel, as well as third party service providers.

Overview
THE ROLE:
Coordinate with Global Transportation Analysts to provide shipment information and documentation for international and domestic shipments. How You Would Contribute
- Working with Transportation Operations Analysts, prepare and submit export documentation (EEI's, SLI's, packing lists, certificates of origin, document consularization, etc).
- Coordinate communication with carriers (all modes), Transportation Analysts, Supply Chain and Regional Planners. This includes booking and monitoring of space with steamship lines and air freight forwarders, booking domestic shipments, as well as scheduling of pick-ups with local and interstate trucking companies.
- Performing order creation through TAKE and Oracle system.
- Process virtual receipts, Requisitions and Resupply Orders through TAKE and Oracle system.
- Maintain data entry for Transportation systems in TMS, TMP, Connect and Oracle to allow shipment visibility to Supply Chain/Regional Planners as well as the international DCs.
- Processing of freight bills for approval and remittance to Accounts Payable.
- Maintain various monthly transportation activity reports as needed.
- Assist in uploading policies and procedures into the Herbalife Transportation Portal.
- Miscellaneous clerical and administrative support for all levels within the department as needed.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Excellent in Customer Service Skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Visio
- Minimum 2 years office experience (typing memos, copying, filing, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, maintaining spreadsheets, etc)
- 6-12 months Domestic Transportation experience or related field.
- Experience of using Oracle or similar ERP system.
- Experience of using Transportation Management Systems.
- High School Graduate or GED
